Your room will be available from 3 pm and must be freed by 11 am on the day of departure. 
Please contact us in the event of arrival after 10 pm.

A credit card number will be requested as a guarantee when booking. The bank details will be checked.  
A deposit of 30 % of the cost may be requested depending on the length of the stay. 
The balance will be requested upon your arrival.

Cancellation conditions: 
Every cancellation must be in writing (e-mail, fax or by post).
No charge for a cancellation up to 7 days before the date of arrival; thereafter one night will be charged to your credit card.
In the event of a no-show, billing and deduction for one night and cancellation of the remainder of the stay.
